Blue Rune Hobby and Games operates an online store and physical retail location at 1102 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703. Our Services include online sales, shipping within the United States, local pickup, in-store retail sales, preorders, special orders, and related customer support.

Preorders and special orders may not be cancelled once placed unless otherwise required by law or unless we are unable to fulfill the order. You agree that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged at the time of purchase will be reflected in your confirmation email.
Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or other fees unless stated. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Regional Limitation: We ship within the United States only.
Processing Times: Orders for in-stock items placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. Preorders ship on or after the official manufacturer release date, once inventory has been received and processed.
Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping on qualifying orders applies exclusively to the least expensive standard shipping method available. If a customer selects an upgraded or expedited shipping method at checkout, the full cost of that premium service is the responsibility of the buyer.
Liability: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Detailed information is available in our full [Shipping & Delivery Policy].
Local pickup is available at our retail location during posted store hours. Store hours are listed on our Contact Information page and may be updated from time to time.
6. Intellectual Property
