Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Blue Rune Hobby and Games, we ship anywhere within the United States. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable delivery with clear communication every step of the way.


Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Available on orders of $149 or more (before taxes and fees) within the continental United States.

Note: Free shipping applies exclusively to the least expensive standard shipping method available at the time of purchase. If you choose to upgrade to an expedited or premium shipping service, the full cost of that service will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Calculated Shipping: For orders under $149, or for upgraded services, rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping distance
  • Carrier service selected

Order Processing Time

In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ship the following business day.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items ship on their official release day, as set by the manufacturer. If the release date changes, your order will ship on the updated release day.

  • Please note: Pre-orders and special orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our retail location. To coordinate a pickup or inquire about hours, please contact us at: support@bluerune.shop


Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.

For damage claims, include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • Your order number

We will review the issue and determine next steps.
